McFarland Johnson was selected by Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) for a 5-year on-call planning, environmental and programming services contract, including preparation of GSP’s Dynamic Airport Master Plan Update. To date, MJ has been involved in several task assignments under this agreement that have included projects in all aspects of the airport from landside and terminal to the airside and airspace. Some of these projects include: (1) Dynamic Master Plan Update; (2) aviation and non-aviation land use and development planning support; (3) Auto Parking Expansion project definition and programming report; (4) Fixed-Based Operator (FBO) Terminal Expansion project definition and programming report; (5) Airport Maintenance Facility Campus Expansion project definition and programming report; (6) New Airfield Rescue and Fire Fighting Facility (ARFF) Construction administration services; (7) passenger facility charge application development and management; (8) Commercial Terminal Expansion Programming Study; (9) Master Development Environmental Assessment (EA); and (10) Terminal Roadway and Curb Improvements project definition and programming report.
