McFarland Johnson's Construction Services Group is comprised of experienced and qualified construction administrators, resident engineers, and inspectors with a diverse list of successfully completed projects. Our construction administration teams pride themselves on maintaining strict quality assurance programs, compiling comprehensive documentation of the project progress, and working with both client and contractor personnel to minimize the impact of construction operations of the affected facilities.
Cost control, contractor scheduling and staffing, and ensuring compliance with contract documents are the construction administrator's direct responsibilities. Our construction staff has the expertise needed to develop critical path schedules and reporting processes appropriate for each unique combination of consultants, contractors, and materials.
Our inspection staff includes specialists in structural facilities, building systems, pavements, bridges and program management. We have assembled construction management teams to handle not only individual projects, but to also manage multi-disciplined construction programs. Some of these programs have included concurrent projects at various locations throughout a single facility. We can deliver the right blend of experienced personnel to meet all of the client's construction management needs.
