Human Resources Manager
Ruthanne C. Bulman joined McFarland Johnson in 2008 in the newly created position of Human Resources Manager where she has helped implement strategic HR initiatives, such as our Mentor Program, Recognition Initiative, Spirit & Community Service Awards, NPAC- New Professionals Advancing Careers, and an internal Facebook site.
As a member of the Management Committee, Ruthanne serves as the voice of MJ employee owners, tracking employee engagement through annual employee satisfaction surveys, continually seeking input and suggestions on ways to improve the MJ experience for our employee owners, making MJ an Employer of choice.
Ruthanne regularly participates in the ESOP Association meetings and conferences and she is a Board Member of SEPP, Inc. where she currently serves as the Secretary. Her Human Resource experience includes serving as a Director of HR for a large, non-profit organization with 400 + employees and as an Employee Relations Specialist for a 2000+ employee health care facility.
She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Administration from University of Scranton and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Binghamton University.
